To strengthen the team, we are looking for a qualified and committed individual as Polymechanic CNC Programming (m/f/d) Your main tasks: Programming of complex milling and turning centers in the 5-axis range using CAM systems Optimization and further development of existing CNC programs and manufacturing processes Analysis and improvement of production processes in single and small series production Responsibility for the definition and management of tools using software-supported systems Accompanying manufacturing orders until series release Collaboration in technical calculations as well as construction of clamping and auxiliary devices Commissioning, testing, and optimizing programs together with the machine operators You have completed training as a polymechanic or a comparable technical basic education and bring several years of experience in CNC or CAM programming. Ideally, you have knowledge of TopSolid or a comparable CAM system. Experience with Heidenhain, Siemens, Fanuc, or Mazatrol controls is an advantage. Profound knowledge in the area of geometric product specifications (GPS) as well as a strong understanding of modern manufacturing processes are required. You work in a structured, precise, and solution-oriented manner, are a team player, and have strong communication skills. In addition, you have very good German skills as well as confident handling of common MS Office applications.
