On behalf of one of our clients, we are looking for a Construction Site Manager (M/F).

Your future responsibilities:

• You will ensure the planning, organization, and monitoring of construction sites.
• You will coordinate the different stakeholders: internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and mandatories.
• You will organize and lead site meetings.
• You will daily monitor the progress, quality, and deadlines of the works.
• You will ensure compliance with plans, construction standards, and safety rules.
• You will establish schedules and adapt the organization of the works according to the progress of the site.
• You will ensure the financial monitoring of projects, the control of costs and additional works.
• You will control the services performed by companies and subcontractors.
• You will be the primary contact for project owners, architects, and various project partners.
• You will ensure the monitoring of the works until acceptance and final delivery of the work.

Your profile:

• You hold a training as a construction site manager, ES technician, HES engineer in civil/building engineering, or an equivalent training.
• You possess confirmed experience in construction management in the building sector.
• You master the different stages of a construction project, from structural work to finishing works.
• You know the Swiss construction market as well as its standards and requirements.
• You are comfortable in the management of costs, deadlines, and resources.
• You know how to read and interpret plans and technical documents.
• You possess an excellent sense of organization and know how to manage several priorities simultaneously.
• You are autonomous, rigorous, and solution-oriented.
• You enjoy contact with clients, architects, mandatories, and partner companies.
• You are a good communicator and know how to unite the different stakeholders around a common goal.
