Location La Chaux-de-Fonds Availability Immediately Type Fixed Reference 41260 Published on 05/07/2026 To strengthen the team of our client, we are looking for a CNC 5-axis Mechanic-Adjuster matching the following profile Job Description ### Prepare, adjust and put into production parts on CNC 3 and 5-axis machines (Willemin-Macodel 408B - Fanuc / Chiron - Fanuc & Siemens / Robodrill - Fanuc). Prepare the tooling, optimize the adjustments and guarantee perfect quality from the first part. Read and interpret technical plans, manufacturing ranges and quality specifications. Manufacture specific fixtures for machining. Produce small series and unit parts of high precision. Ensure self-control using usual measuring instruments (caliper, micrometer, comparator, gauges, Marcel-Aubert). Collaborate closely with the Quality Control and Production teams. Occasionally intervene on Bumotec S92, Crevoisier and BC Technology machines (mechanical engraving). Propose continuous improvements to optimize adjustment times and quality. Profile ### \-CFC in micromechanics / polymechanics or equivalent training \-Minimum 5 years of experience in CNC adjustment in a high-precision environment (watchmaking, medical, micromechanics) \-Imperative mastery of CNC 3 and 5-axis machines \-Excellent knowledge of Willemin-Macodel / Chiron / Robodrill machines \-Ease in machining complex parts with tight tolerances \-Mastered reading of plans and dimensional control (manual & optical) \-Autonomous, precise, rigorous, curious \-Analytical mind, sense of continuous improvement (5S) and good team spirit CNC 5-axis Mechanic-Adjuster / Fixed
