Location: Alterszentrum Hochweid, Sockenstrasse 124, 8802 Kilchberg ZH / Department 1 and 2, mixed geriatrics
Working time: 40% – 100%

Your role with us
You are the contact person for the residents entrusted to you and actively help shape their everyday life. You work closely with the qualified nursing professionals and take responsibility within your area of competence.
Your tasks
Care and support of the residents in everyday life
Carrying out medical-technical and nursing activities according to the competence profile
Observing and assessing changes in health status
Participating in the planning and implementation of care
Electronic nursing documentation
Cooperation with relatives as well as interdisciplinary specialists
Helping to shape a respectful and professional coexistence in the house
