Gemeindeintegrierte Akutbehandlung (GiA) - acute psychiatry where life happens.

The GiA treats people with mental illnesses within the framework of home treatment directly at home. The interdisciplinary team carries out the acute psychiatric treatment daily in the familiar environment of the patients.
You enjoy taking responsibility, want to specifically develop your leadership skills, and enjoy actively helping to shape and develop an innovative area.

Your tasks ##

• Professional, medical, and personnel leadership of an interdisciplinary team, together with a specialist psychologist
• Responsibility for the treatment of acute psychiatric patients in an interdisciplinary treatment team in home treatment
• Co-design and implementation of projects for professional and institutional development
• Monitoring of departmental goals
• If interested, conducting expert opinions with various questions
• Professional leadership and supervision of assistant physicians

Your profile ##

• Completed specialist training in psychiatry and psychotherapy
• Experience in outpatient and/or inpatient psychiatry
• Pronounced leadership skills and enjoyment in engaging with your own leadership role
• Enjoyment of responsibility and active participation
