Spital Oberengadin includes the specialist areas of General Surgery incl. Traumatology and Visceral Surgery, Medicine, Pediatrics, Obstetrics/Gynecology with a modern diagnostic and therapeutic offering. In other specialist areas (including Oncology, Angiology, Dialysis, Pulmonology, ENT, Urology), we work closely with the KSGR and private physicians.

Your tasks

• personnel and organizational leadership of OR nursing
• ensuring smooth operative operations as well as active participation in procedures
• responsibility for planning, coordination and close interprofessional cooperation with all relevant specialist areas
• promotion of a positive team culture as well as support for the professional development of employees

Your profile

• training as a Dipl. Fachfrau/-mann Operationstechnik HF or equivalent training with SRK recognition
• proven several years of professional experience
• leadership experience or willingness to further develop in the area of leadership and management
• high specialist, organizational and communication competence
• resilient and responsible personality with high quality awareness
• ability to work in a team and flexibility (optimal service readiness depending on seasonal workload)
• German in spoken and written form, Italian is an advantage
