La Fondation Saphir, multi-mission and multi-site foundation Housekeeping Manager (F/M/D) Permanent contract at 80% - EPSM La Fondation Saphir, a multi-mission and multi-site foundation (psychogeriatrics, geriatrics, adult psychiatry), is active in the medico-social field in the canton of Vaud and in the reception and support of people who are vulnerable in their physical and mental integrity during their life process. In order to complete our housekeeping team, we are looking for the following profile for our establishments in Corcelles-sur-Chavornay and Hermenches, which welcome 18 and 15 People and which specialize in the field of adult psychiatry: Housekeeping Manager (F/M/D) Permanent contract at 80% - EPSM Regardless of their function, the professionals of La Fondation Saphir have a common goal: to support People on a daily basis to allow them to concretely experience the institutional strategy of services "like at home". That is to say, to maintain their habits as much as possible, to offer a response adapted to their wishes and, through real interprofessional collaboration, to enable the well-being and happiness of the People. Within our adult psychiatry establishments, you guarantee the quality of hotel services and contribute to creating a warm, clean, and secure environment for the People being welcomed. Comfortable in the kitchen, you participate in the preparation of meals, snacks, and culinary activities, taking into account the needs and desires of the People. You consider these moments as true opportunities for exchange, valorization, and maintenance of skills. You also perform housekeeping activities and participate in the various events of the establishment. In collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, you contribute to individualized support projects and adapt your interventions to the needs of each Person. Finally, you participate in the integration of new professionals, apprentices, and interns of the service. YOUR BACKGROUND - YOUR QUALITIES AND SKILLS You have a CFC in housekeeping management or training deemed equivalent You possess experience or a strong interest in supporting People presenting with mental disorders. You are comfortable in culinary preparation and enjoy cooking with and for the People being welcomed. You possess a pronounced sense of welcome and human relations. Empathy, listening, and respect for the person are part of your primary qualities. You demonstrate autonomy, flexibility, and a good capacity for adaptation. Team spirit, communication, and self-reflection are part of your assets. You are committed to contributing to the well-being of People through respectful and individualized support.
