Fiduciary/Accounting Clerk 40-60%

To strengthen our team, we are looking for an engaged and reliable personality as a Fiduciary/Accounting Clerk (40–60%) for a permanent position in Oftringen, starting immediately or by arrangement. Your tasks: • Management of financial accounting for SMEs • Assistance in the preparation of interim and annual financial statements • Preparation of VAT returns • Management of payroll accounting including social security settlements • Preparation of tax returns for natural and legal persons • Support with company formations and administrative work • Support of our clients in accounting and fiduciary matters Your profile: • Completed commercial apprenticeship or comparable training • Further training in the field of fiduciary/accounting is an advantage • Professional experience in fiduciary or accounting, preferably in Switzerland • Knowledge of financial accounting, VAT and payroll • Good MS Office user skills and affinity for digital work processes • Independent, structured and exact way of working • Reliability, discretion and sense of responsibility • Good German language skills in speaking and writing • Other language skills, e.g., Albanian, Italian or English, are an advantage We offer: A varied activity in a modern and digital fiduciary company with versatile SME mandates.
