Origami Rénovation wishes to welcome a creative and committed person to lead its projects and contribute to the development of the company, with one ambition: to strengthen its high-end positioning and its aesthetic signature.

Project design and monitoring
-------------------------------

• Design interior architecture, global, and energy renovation projects.
• Develop plans, atmospheres, moodboards, and selections of materials, furniture, and decoration, by proposing different variants.
• Accompany clients in their choices.
• Coordinate companies and monitor construction sites until delivery.
• Ensure compliance with budgets, deadlines, quality, and profitability.

Aesthetic identity and artistic direction
---------------------------------------------

You will contribute to evolving the Origami universe and creating projects that stand out:

• Source materials, furniture, and original pieces.
• Enrich our material library and our references.
• Develop partnerships with brands, suppliers, and artisans.
• Participate in the artistic direction of the website, social networks, and communication materials.
• Imagine shootings and content to showcase our achievements.

Company development

You will also participate in the development of Origami in the premium and luxury segment:

• Develop a network of partners, influencers, and business providers.
• Identify new opportunities with a Swiss and international clientele.
• Create collaborations with brands, designers, and artisans.
• Contribute to our visibility and to the reflection on new offers.

Autonomy and development perspectives
----------------------------------------

The objective is for you to progressively gain autonomy in project management and participate in the structuring of the company.

Your profile
------------

• Training in interior architecture or architecture, or equivalent relevant training for the position.
• At least 3 years of professional experience, ideally 5 years or more, with completed interior design and renovation projects.
• Portfolio indispensable, presenting your concepts and achievements, with precision regarding your role in each project.
• A strong aesthetic sensitivity and an ability to create coherent interiors, from the choice of materials to furniture and decoration.
• Experience in construction site monitoring and company coordination, with attention to budgets and deadlines.
• Good mastery of drawing, 3D modeling, and presentation tools.
• Autonomy, rigor, and ease in exchanges with clients and partners.
• Excellent command of French. English is an asset to accompany our international clientele.

Additional assets: experience in high-end projects, knowledge of the Swiss market, and an address book of suppliers, artisans, brands, or influencers.
