Your task ##

• Comprehensive support of international customers regarding technical matters
• Telephone acquisition and individual customer consulting
• Development of individual solutions for specific customer requirements
• Quotation processing and establishment of long-term customer relationships
• Cooperation with colleagues on commercial issues

Your profile ##

• Completed commercial or technical basic training with corresponding additional qualification.
• Several years of experience in international sales back office required
• Business-fluent German and English skills are mandatory; French is a plus.
• Sound knowledge in using MS-Office, SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Strong customer and solution orientation with strong teamwork skills
