At our location in Niederbipp, we are looking for as of 1 August 2026 or by arrangement a Plant Technician (m/f/d) 100 % The challenges you will face You ensure the availability and operational safety of our highly automated logistics systems (pallet retrieval machines, OSR-Shuttle, conveyor technology, sorting systems etc.). You analyze and resolve malfunctions and carry out maintenance, cleaning and optimization work. You manage the spare parts warehouse and ensure the availability of important components. You coordinate technical matters with our logistics general contractor as well as external suppliers. You support service and maintenance work on state-of-the-art plant technology. You make an important contribution to smooth logistics operations. What you should know Work in a weekly shift rotation (early and late shifts); the early shift begins on Mondays as early as 03:30 (with corresponding allowance). Assignments on Saturdays or Sundays approx. once per month. Service assignments outside of operating hours approx. 1-2 times per year. On-call service every 6-8 weeks (24/7) with on-call allowance.
