Requirement profile ##

• Completed training as a Healthcare Professional EFZ or equivalent, SRK-recognized training
• Professional experience in psychogeriatrics or psychiatric long-term care is an advantage
• Understanding of the needs of older people with mental illnesses
• Joy in primary caregiver nursing and the individual accompaniment of residents
• Independent, reliable, and responsible way of working
• Empathic and open personality with appreciative manners
• Ability to recognize complex care situations and react appropriately
• Strong team and communication skills
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing

Tasks ##

• Individual care and supervision of residents with psychogeriatric clinical pictures
• Assumption of primary caregiver nursing and accompaniment in daily life
• Performance of basic and treatment care within your own area of competence
• Support in designing a structured and needs-oriented daily living routine
• Professional handling of psychologically stressful and challenging care situations
• Observation and documentation of changes in health status
• Close cooperation with nursing specialists and other professional groups
