Salesperson and Project Manager STRATTURA (m/f/d)

Would you like to actively help shape Swiss timber construction and further develop the market for our innovative and sustainable STRATTURA cross-laminated timber solutions? In this versatile position, you will combine sales, technology, and network maintenance and contribute decisively to the growth of a future-oriented business area.

Your activities:

• Active establishment and development of the market for STRATTURA products
• Implementation of the sales and market development strategy
• Acquisition of new customers and exploitation of new market potentials
• Technical and commercial advice for customers and project participants
• Support and expansion of customer, planner, and partner networks
• Coordination and follow-up of offers and sales projects
• Sales-side accompaniment of projects until contract conclusion
• Maintenance of the sales pipeline as well as sales administration and reporting

Your profile:

• Successful vocational training in the construction industry or technical basic training with further training
• Experience in sales, technical consulting, project management, or project development
• Experience in establishing and maintaining customer relationships
• Structured and independent way of working
• Willingness to travel within the defined market area of German-speaking Switzerland
• Business fluent German skills (at least C1, written and spoken). French skills are an advantage
• Good knowledge of MS Office and digital working tools
