Zuger Kantonsspital serves the health of the population of the Canton of Zug and the surrounding regions. Around 1'200 employees, 180 of whom are in training, are active in various areas. Every year, we treat and care for over 11'500 inpatient and over 70'000 outpatient patients. In the interdisciplinary emergency center, more than 27'500 people are treated annually.
We are looking for a WMS intern (m/f) on a fixed-term basis for 1 year starting August 1, 2027

Your tasks ##

• Obtaining and processing patient and supplier information
• Processing incoming and outgoing invoices and supplier reminders
• Checking patient insurance coverage and billing of cases
• Advising and providing information to patients, employees, and suppliers by telephone, email, and at the counter
• Processing and distributing internal physical and electronic mail
• Further work in the Human Resources and Technical departments possible
