Construction Manager (a)

Your tasks:

Managing the entrusted construction projects (costs / deadlines / quality on site)
Preparation of the bills of quantities according to the construction description and plans
Preparation of the schedule for execution
Leading and minuting the weekly construction meetings
Carrying out construction acceptances with contractors
Control of the contractual partners (contractors) and their performance in terms of quality and quantity
Carrying out workshop inspections
Control of planner and company invoices incl. entry into construction administration
Leading and carrying out: commissioning, 2-year warranty work, defect rectification
Examination and control of contractor invoices incl. entry into Bauadmin.
Assumption of further cross-functional tasks e.g. in internal projects

Your profile:

Technical training: e.g. as a civil engineer, technician or foreman with further training
Knowledge of construction technology, building materials, standards and construction processes
Knowledge of construction contract law: e.g. SIA standards, OR, tender law
Familiar with SUVA guidelines and occupational safety
Good German language skills
