Then you are in the right place!   For Tertianum Etzelgut in the Zurich - Wollishofen region, we are looking for, for 1 August or to be agreed,   Team Leader Registered Nurse HF/FH/DNII 80 - 100%    Your tasks • Personnel management and professional supervision of the care team for 23 residents • Co-responsibility in the recruitment of new employees • Planning and conducting team meetings as well as participation in interdisciplinary reports • Responsible for the organization of service processes, implementation of work processes and planning of services with Polypoint PEP • Direction and steering, participation as team leader in care reports, professional interviews in care and • Co-responsibility for the implementation of internal concepts • Active participation in the development of care offers in the establishment • Holistic care and support of residents in accordance with our care concept and the care process • Taking on daily responsibilities and the role of reference person in care • Taking on tasks as thematic manager of a specialized subject and participation in the intergroup network for quality of care   Your profile • Completed training as a registered nurse FH/HF/DNII or equivalent training recognized by the Swiss Red Cross • Professional and management experience in long-term care desired • Warm and humorous attitude • Taste for varied challenges • Good command of German orally and in writing • RAI knowledge desired or willingness to follow coordinator and supervisor courses (covered)       Why Tertianum?
