At the same time, you will take on the responsibility as Data Protection Officer and support our institution in implementing data protection in a sustainable and legally compliant manner. YOUR TASKS Planning, conception, and implementation of communication and marketing projects Research, writing, editing, and proofreading of editorial texts for various communication channels and formats Conception, setup, further development, and management of social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok) as well as creation of web content (text, image, video) Photographing and editing image material (events, portraits, etc.) Design and production of brochures, flyers, and other communication media in accordance with the corporate design and corporate identity Maintaining, optimizing, and further developing the website Taking on the additional function as Data Protection Officer and associated consulting on data protection-related issues Further development of data protection management and implementation of awareness and training measures Collaboration in IT First Level Support and support and training of employees in handling Microsoft 365General administrative tasks YOUR PROFILE You have a completed commercial basic training (EFZ) and further education in the field of marketing or communication (federal certificate of proficiency, HF/FH or similar). You have also gained several years of professional experience in a similar function. You have in-depth user knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud - especially InDesign - and work safely and routinely with Microsoft 365. With your stylistically secure German, you prepare content in a target group-specific and effective manner. You are creative, like to bring in your own ideas, and are familiar with current social media trends. Knowledge of data protection law rounds out your profile - or you are motivated to work in this field. You work independently, proactively, and keep an overview even in hectic situations. You are characterized by a solution-oriented and pragmatic way of working. Your quick grasp enables you to get involved in new topics and areas of work.
