Polymechaniker/in - CNC Manufacturing with Aluminium Processing

Activity

• Set up and program CNC machines at the control unit
• Saw aluminium profiles with straight and miter cuts
• Manufacture holes and threads in aluminium
• Plan and control production according to customer orders
• Produce new parts and samples exactly according to drawing

Requirements

• Apprenticeship completed as Polymechanikerin or Polymechaniker EFZ or equivalent training
• Several years of practice on CNC systems in manufacturing
• Ideally experience in the processing of aluminium
• Confidently read and implement technical drawings
• Good basic German skills, oral and written
