To strengthen our Diagnostics business unit, we are looking for a winning and implementation-strong personality as Senior Expert: Assessment & Management Diagnostics In this function, you will conduct demanding assessments, potential analyses, and management diagnostics mandates at specialist, leadership, senior, and executive levels. You will conduct structured interviews and observations, create reports, and present results to clients, candidates, and internal mandate leaders. In addition, you will maintain client relationships, recognize potentials, develop business opportunities, and ideally bring your own network. You will help develop offers, processes, and quality standards and actively participate in thinking about digital developments and AI applications. Occasionally, you will take on a deputy role for the Head of Management Diagnostics regarding technical, client-related, and offer-related questions. You will independently manage selected key clients and ensure professional execution, quality assurance, and result presentation. We are addressing a personality with a Master's degree in Psychology or an equivalently recognized degree. Further diagnostic, coaching, or consulting training as well as a doctorate are an advantage. You bring profound experience in aptitude diagnostics, assessment, management diagnostics, coaching, or HR consulting, possess a sound diagnostic judgment, and convince through a confident appearance, stylish communication, sales affinity, and a structured way of working. Very good German and English skills are required; French and Italian are an advantage. The place of work is predominantly Luzern with assignments in Aarau, Bern, Basel, Zug, and Zürich as well as at client sites.
