YOUR MISSION ###

• Personalized and professional consulting for our clients on the topics of pension, retirement, savings, and family protection is an integral part of your role, always with careful listening to their needs
• Thanks to your expertise and targeted cross-selling, you strengthen customer loyalty by proposing adequate solutions
• The acquisition of new clients takes place through your personal initiative, recommendations, and your active network - and you also represent our company at fairs, conferences, and commercial actions
• In collaboration with colleagues from the sales network, you contribute to defining and implementing strategies aimed at strengthening our market presence and exploiting existing synergies
• Conducting in-person consulting interviews with empathy, sensitivity, and a clear vision of your interlocutors' needs is one of your strengths
• Administrative follow-up is managed with efficiency and precision, whether it is CRM management, drafting offers, or scheduling appointments

Your qualities ####

• You possess solid knowledge in the matters of pension, savings, and life insurance, as well as a good understanding of the Swiss pension market
• Thanks to your communication and negotiation skills, you build lasting relationships with clients
• Customer orientation, personal initiative, and an entrepreneurial mentality are part of your strengths
• You work in a precise and responsible manner and have experience with CRM tools and digital acquisition tools
• Knowledge in taxation related to pensions and the ability to analyze financial situations complete your profile

Your training ####

• You have completed basic training
• You hold the "AFA insurance intermediary" certificate, an indispensable requirement to perform this function
• An IAF diploma or an equivalent qualification would be ideal
