Your contribution to success ## • You manage product-related development and innovation projects that enter the execution phase  • With your sense of priorities, you manage projects of different sizes and balance deadlines, budget, quality as well as the expectations of all stakeholders • From project definition and planning through to implementation, controlling, reporting and successful completion, you maintain a secure grip on all project phases • Through the coordination of interdisciplinary teams as well as transparent and binding communication, you create the basis for successful cooperation within 4B and Dovista • With your structured project management, you make a significant contribution to the further development of our product portfolio and sustainably strengthen the market success of our products Are you ready? ## • You have several years of experience in professional project management as well as in the successful management of product-related projects • You bring a technical background with reference to product development, product management or ideally to the construction or construction-related industry • You have supplemented your basic technical training with further training in project management or a comparable qualification  • Very good German and good English skills facilitate your cooperation in an international environment • You have strong communication and moderation skills as well as the ability to bring different interests together • Negotiation skills, decisiveness as well as a structured, solution-oriented and independent way of working also characterize you Ideally at 4B ## We are an ambitious company that achieves goals and celebrates successes together.
