For the Planning, Pricing & Analytics department in the Product Management area (Group Aftersales), we are looking for an analytically strong personality who creates added value with numbers, connections and recommendations for action and, as a Planning & Margin Manager (m/f/d), supports the financial management of our aftersales business.

What you can achieve with us ##

• Planning as a management instrument: You are responsible for the budget, forecast and medium-term planning for the Group Aftersales business and ensure that reliable decisions are made from numbers
• Understanding the business instead of just reporting: You analyze profitability, margins and business drivers along the entire value chain, recognize opportunities and risks early and derive concrete recommendations for action
• Creating decision bases: You develop scenarios, evaluate their financial impact and support management in strategic and operational decisions.
• Discount & Bonus Governance: You control the entire discount system of the Group Aftersales in the sense of central governance, ensure its economic efficiency and continuously develop the corresponding frameworks
• Process & Strategy Development: You proactively optimize planning processes in close coordination with Finance, participate in strategic projects and support the further development of the assortment and pricing strategy

What you bring with you ##

We are not looking for a person who merely creates reports. We are looking for someone who understands our business, recognizes developments early and actively influences the management of our aftersales business with their analyses.

• Qualification: You have at least two years of professional experience in the areas of Planning, Controlling or Pricing and have a completed degree in Business Administration, Finance, Business Informatics or a comparable field; experience in the automotive environment is a plus
• Analytical Excellence: You work in a structured, precise manner and with high attention to detail. Even with large amounts of data, you recognize discrepancies and consistently get to the bottom of their causes
• Quick Comprehension: You quickly acquire new connections, systems and business models and find your way around complex issues quickly
• Holistic Thinking: You do not understand numbers in isolation, but recognize financial, operational and strategic connections and evaluate their impact on the overall business
• Personal Responsibility: You question existing assumptions, contribute your own ideas and take responsibility for the quality of your analyses and recommendations
• Communication Skills: You can bring complex matters to the point in a manner appropriate to the recipient and create acceptance for your recommendations
