Are you passionate about mechanics and do you also enjoy contact with customers? We are looking for a versatile professional capable of primarily ensuring workshop work while taking charge, depending on needs, of part of the after-sales service

Workshop Mechanic/After-Sales Service Manager 100% Permanent (M/F/D)

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance, repairs, and diagnostics on equipment and vehicles
• Carry out technical inspections and functional tests
• Prepare and commission new or repaired equipment
• Ensure the management of after-sales requests and the follow-up of interventions
• Advise customers on repairs, warranties, and technical solutions
• Coordinate parts orders and the follow-up of after-sales files
• Participate in workshop organization and the maintenance of an optimal working environment

Profile

• CFC mechanic, mechatronics technician or equivalent technical training
• Experience in a mechanical workshop, ideally complemented by skills in after-sales service
• Ease in exchanges with customers and sense of service
• Autonomous, organized and solution-oriented person
• Category B driving license
