Job Description

• Independent execution of sanitary installations on new construction and renovation projects
• Leadership, coordination, and support of the installation team on the construction site
• Planning and monitoring of workflows while adhering to quality and deadline specifications
• Coordination with construction managers, specialist planners, and other project participants
• Organization and procurement of material
• Responsibility for reporting and project documentation
• Ensuring efficient project processing from the start of construction to handover

Requirements Profile

• Completed training as Sanitärinstallateur EFZ
• Several years of professional experience in the sanitary sector
• Experience in leading employees or motivation to take the next career step
• Independent, structured, and responsible way of working
• High orientation toward quality and organizational skill
• Professional and respectful interaction with customers, construction managers, and specialist planners
• Team-oriented personality with a strong sense of responsibility
