HELU Schweiz, with 32 employees, has been located at the new site in Bremgarten in the Canton of Aargau, near Zürich, since April 2025. Since the founding of the national company in 1995, HELU has been established in Switzerland and has developed into a respected partner and supplier for industry. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a committed and motivated Head of Finance 80–100 % Your tasks Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements including group reporting Management of general and subsidiary ledgers General account reconciliation Participation and support in daily operational business Recharge of personnel costs VAT accounting for Switzerland and Germany Leadership and further development of a small team with 1–2 employees Preparation and monitoring of budget, forecast, and financial planning Responsibility for the dunning and collection process Responsibility for liquidity planning and cash management Ensuring quality management and quality control in the finance area Independent implementation and support of projects General administrative work Your requirement profile Commercial training and further education to become a Federal Diploma of Higher Education in Finance and Accounting Several years of professional experience in finance and accounting Sound knowledge in accounting, controlling, liquidity management, and financial planning Experience in the preparation of annual financial statements Very good knowledge of Swiss and German VAT High IT affinity and confident handling of various IT systems Entrepreneurial personality with a strong team spirit Independent, self-responsible, and structured way of working Very good German skills as well as confident English skills We offer A responsible key position with direct influence on company development Lots of creative freedom and short decision-making paths A varied and demanding activity Collaboration with a committed management team and a motivated team Opportunities for personal and professional development Modern working conditions and contemporary employment conditions Modern working environment at the Bremgarten location How to apply Have we piqued your interest?
