Specialist Energy Billing
Your challenge:
Responsibility for the timely and qualitatively flawless energy and service invoicing
Planning, coordination and execution of billings
Examination, plausibility check and control of measurement, tariff and invoicing data
Maintenance and administration of tariffs, prices and contracts in the billing system
Ensuring correct mapping of new products and services in the system
Technical support of customer service in complex billing and invoicing cases
Processing of special cases as well as mutations in contract and billing management
Coordination with internal specialist departments and external IT service providers
Leadership as well as participation in projects for the further development, digitalization and automation of processes
Continuous optimization of the processes between energy data management and invoicing
What you bring with you:
Commercial or technical basic training with several years of experience in energy billing or invoicing
Mandatory practical experience with innosolvenergy (IS-E) as well as sound knowledge of billing and settlement processes in the energy industry
Very good IT user skills, especially in Excel as well as in ERP, EDM or billing systems
Further education in the field of business administration, accounting or controlling is an advantage
Analytical, structured and independent way of working with a strong sense of quality
High service orientation, sense of responsibility and resilience even in time-critical phases
