For our customer, a successful and innovative production company in the region, we are looking for several motivated and reliable personalities as Plant Operator m/f/d (80–100%) immediately or by arrangement.

Job Description

Your tasks include operating, monitoring, and setting up the production plants as well as ensuring a smooth production process. You carry out quality controls according to the specified standards, rectify minor malfunctions, and report technical problems. In addition, you document the production data and undertake the packaging, labeling, and preparation of the produced goods. Compliance with hygiene, quality, and safety regulations is part of your area of responsibility, as is supporting the team with general production work.

Requirement Profile

Ideally, you have completed technical or manual training and preferably already have experience as a Plant Operator or in a production company. You have a good technical understanding and enjoy working with machines. An independent, reliable, and quality-conscious way of working as well as physical resilience characterize you. In addition, you have good German language skills in spoken and written form, are willing to work in shift operation, and convince through teamwork and a sense of responsibility.
