Work location: Regensdorf Workload: 100% Start: By arrangement Your tasks: First-level support and contact person for employees regarding IT issues Coordination with second- and third-level support at the Head Office in Germany Setup and maintenance of workstations, hardware and mobile devices Management of user accounts and permissions Conducting training on Microsoft 365, Citrix and other applications Participation in IT projects and infrastructure topics Support and coordination of EDI projects from requirements gathering through the testing phase to go-live Analysis of requirements, support of tests and assistance with the introduction of new digital interfaces Your profile: ICT Supporter SIZ, Informatiker/in EFZ or a comparable qualification Several years of experience in IT support or in a similar function Very good knowledge of Microsoft 365 Knowledge in the area of EDI and API as well as interest in digital business processes and system interfaces Experience in working with specialist departments, customers or partners is an advantage Strong team and advisory skills, structured and independent way of working Good German and English skills as well as driving license Cat.
