Your tasks You advise and serve our customers with enthusiasm and expertise regarding our high-quality chocolate specialties and create unique enjoyment experiences. You actively sell our diverse assortment and present novelties, seasonal highlights, and exclusive specialties in an appealing and convincing manner. You build customer relationships and maintain them sustainably. You ensure seamless inventory management – from goods receipt and incoming inspection to the ongoing maintenance of the sales areas. You monitor minimum shelf life dates and product quality and consistently adhere to our high quality and hygiene standards. You implement sales promotion measures, organize tastings, and support seasonal campaigns. You ensure an attractive and sales-strong product presentation that perfectly stages our chocolate specialties. You work reliably with our cash register system, process payment transactions, and undertake administrative tasks in daily operations. Your profile You have completed training in retail EFZ, in the confectionery industry, or a comparable qualification. Ideally, you bring experience in the sale of high-quality food or luxury goods. You are enthusiastic about chocolate, confectionery, and culinary specialties and enjoy passing this passion on to our customers. You advise and sell with joy, convince with your communication strength, and create genuine shopping experiences. You work independently, reliably, and carefully and enjoy taking on responsibility. Quality, freshness, and hygiene are a matter of course for you. You present yourself professionally, friendly, and well-groomed and convince with good manners. You communicate confidently in High German and mandatory possess very good English skills. You understand Swiss German well and can respond to the needs of our customers. Further language skills are an advantage. You remain calm even in busy moments, think ahead, pitch in, and are a reliable team player.
