Main tasks

• Active customer approach and professional consulting of demanding customers
• High customer service according to the company's service standard
• Acquisition and maintenance of regular customers
• Solution-oriented and customer-friendly complaint handling
• Goods receipt and optimal presentation of goods on the sales floor
• Secure management and completion of sales conversations until farewell
• Ensuring availability of goods on the sales floor
• Sales-promoting presentation of goods according to visual merchandising concepts
• Acceptance of orders for the tailor's shop including measurement
• Processing of all cash transactions and daily reconciliations
• Depositing daily revenues
• Independent management of the store in the absence of the store manager (including store opening and closing)
