Area of responsibility •Carrying out regular control rounds in the assigned objects. •Monitoring cleaning work as well as ensuring compliance with quality and hygiene standards. •Receiving, processing and following up on complaints. •Ongoing contact with employees as well as coordination of the provision of consumables and working materials. •Introduction, instruction and training of new employees. Training and sensitization of employees with regard to quality standards as well as initiation of corrective measures in case of insufficient cleaning quality. •Very good German language skills (required). •Further language skills are an advantage, in particular: oSpanish oPortuguese oSerbian oAlbanian oOther foreign languages are welcome. •Independent, reliable and responsible way of working. •Good organizational and communication skills. •Friendly
