The Retail Renault Group (RRG) distributes the brands Renault, Nissan and Dacia as well as our premium brand Alpine in Zürich. The RRG team consists of around 110 employees and is responsible for approximately 3000 sales per year. Become our new: Sachbearbeiter/in Disposition Your main tasks Disposition and order processing: Independent processing of vehicle orders for all Renault and Dacia models of the entire concession. Invoicing and accounting: Purchasing new car invoices from the importer in the system as well as invoicing new and used vehicles including leasing and credit transactions. Bonuses and commissions: Control, complaint and follow-up of outstanding bonuses from RRG and agents via POL-Dealer as well as processing of sales commission statements. Communication and consulting: Telephone contact with agents, salespeople and the importer as well as consulting on delivery times, actions and vehicle availability. Administration and document dispatch: Invoice control, further invoicing in the system as well as dispatch of registration papers to Renault agents and salespeople. Other tasks: Processing of new car stock exchange transactions as well as co-organization of internal and external exhibitions. So you fit perfectly Education and experience: You have completed commercial training and have at least three to four years of practical experience in disposition and/or the automotive sector. Technical competencies: You work safely with MS Office and have a good sense of numbers. Personality: You are a team-oriented, reliable and committed personality.
