Your Task ##

• Support and administration of the Microsoft 365 cloud environment
• Administration of user accounts and troubleshooting of technical malfunctions
• Management of IT assets and coordination with external service providers
• Monitoring via PRTG
• Collaboration on projects in the area of Cloud, M365, Azure, Entra ID

Your Profile ##

• Several years of IT support experience
• Sound knowledge of Microsoft environments and M365 platforms
• Experience in client engineering and end-device management necessary
• Understanding of support processes such as incident and problem management
• Pronounced service orientation and strong coordination skills within the team
