Do you want to try new things in injection molding and further develop your skills?

At Torson Injex, you will manufacture prototypes that our customers use to develop their next products. At the same time, you will set up conventional injection molding tools and ensure reliable series production. Different materials, demanding components, and constantly new technical questions make your everyday work varied.

Arising from an ETH startup and a traditional plastics company, we combine new manufacturing processes with many years of injection molding experience. Our customers come from a wide variety of industrial sectors. What connects their projects: they need well-thought-out solutions and people who enjoy tinkering and getting stuck in.

What you will do with us:

• You independently set up conventional injection molding tools and the associated periphery.
• You monitor and optimize the ongoing production. In the event of process problems, you get to the bottom of the causes.
• Using our unique process, you manufacture injection molding prototypes within a very short time and accompany new components until the first usable sample.
• You check the quality of the manufactured parts and document the production parameters.
• You contribute your own ideas to further develop our processes and production workflows.

What you bring with you:

• Completed training as a Plastics Technologist EFZ or another technical vocational training with demonstrable practical experience in plastics processing, especially in injection molding.
• Good technical understanding and manual dexterity, high quality awareness.
• Joy in setting up machines and in the interplay of material, tool, and process.
• Curiosity and the motivation to familiarize yourself with new processes and changing tasks.
• An independent, careful, and structured way of working and the ambition to produce good parts.
• Team spirit, initiative, and good German language skills.
