For a surgical inpatient ward at the Triemli location, we are looking for a committed personality starting October 1, 2026, or by arrangement, who will actively support team development and establishment.

Tasks

• You are responsible for the planning and implementation of nursing based on the nursing process as well as guidelines and instructions.
• The responsibility for the patient-centered documentation of the work and nursing process and the correct recording of services lies within your area of responsibility.
• You contribute actively to constructive interdisciplinary cooperation and work with a high quality of service.
• You participate in the improvement of nursing quality and development.
• You are co-responsible for the supervision of trainees and the induction of new employees.

Profile

• Training as a nursing specialist HF/FH
• Professional experience on a surgical inpatient ward in a Swiss acute care hospital is an advantage
• Independent and self-responsible way of working as well as a strong awareness of quality and service
• Cross-departmental understanding and economic thinking and acting
• Enjoyment of working in a complex and demanding specialist field
• Friendly and professional manners
