The competence center for physical education department in the field of school sport is committed to high-quality sports and movement offers for children and adolescents at the schools of the city of Zürich. We support teachers teaching sport, promote movement in childcare, organize around 530 annual courses in voluntary school sport, and help to establish the ZüriKick promotion program. Tasks ##

• You are part of the administrative support team for the annual sports courses at schools and handle the entire operation of the ZüriKick promotion program.
• You are the central contact person for schools, course instructors, parents, as well as internal and external bodies in the field of sport and movement at schools.
• You manage the course administration in Information Manager (registration, mutations, waiting lists) and support the recruitment and contract management of the course instructors.
• You provide support for the sport and movement specialist offices of the school districts and the ZüriKick program management.
• You participate in controlling, payroll accounting (J+S) and the further development of administrative processes.

Profile ##

• You have an EFZ degree with a commercial orientation or a comparable training.
• You bring initial professional experience in administration, service, or HR assistance.
• You enjoy organizing administrative processes, communicate appropriately with internal and external stakeholders, and use IT applications confidently.
• You are a team player and reliable, work carefully and persistently, and enjoy working in the school and sport environment.
• Knowledge as a J+S coach is an advantage.
