As part of an organizational realignment, we are expanding our capacities and are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic personality to strengthen us as an Individual Client Advisor (f/m/d) 100% Application questions instead of motivation letter Share What awaits you? ## • Responsibility for your own client portfolio as well as targeted expansion of the client base through active new client acquisition • Holistic consulting in the areas of living including independent preparation of credit analyses as well as numbers, saving, investing and providing for the future • Development of tailor-made financial solutions taking into account the personal goals, needs and life situations of the clientele • Participation in target group-specific market development measures such as contact campaigns, client events and representative tasks • Contributing your own ideas and impulses for the further development and co-design of the bank What do you bring with you? ## • Completed banking training or equivalent training with experience in banking business, a specific further education in the banking or financial sector is desirable • Experience in the area of mortgage, asset and pension advisory • Strong customer and sales orientation as well as high digital affinity • Joy in direct customer contact, strong service orientation and very good communication skills • Teamwork skills, flexibility and resilience
