Job Description

• Supervise and motivate a team of masons on site
• Organize, plan and monitor the progress of the work
• Ensure the quality and conformity of the achievements
• Actively participate in masonry work (brick, formwork, concrete, etc.)
• Carry out renovation and transformation work
• Guarantee compliance with deadlines, safety and quality standards

Profile sought

• Solid experience in masonry and in team management
• A strong sense of responsibility and autonomy
• An ability to make decisions quickly on site
• Training as a team leader or equivalent experience
• Good communication and a developed team spirit
• A professional and solution-oriented attitude
