To complement our team for the processing of tasks in the subject area of the Hochbauamt, we are looking for a

Accounting Clerk (m/f/d)

starting on 1 December 2026 or by arrangement

• Processing of accounting tasks during the financial year
• Compressing and preparing financial key figures for interim reporting and the annual financial statements
• Operational cooperation in budgeting, financial planning, and year-end closing
• Conceptual cooperation in process optimizations and SAP extensions
• Management and control of all accounts receivable and accounts payable
• Participation in standardization and digitalization projects in accounting
• Commercial basic training and further training in accounting
• Several years of professional experience in the areas of accounts receivable, accounts payable, and general ledger, as well as ideally in the construction and real estate sector and in construction and project accounting
• Good knowledge and experience in SAP as well as in MS Excel
• Interest and experience in participating in SAP extensions and in digitalization projects
• Strong service orientation and good communication skills
• Teamwork skills, flexibility, and proficiency in using digital tools
