Job description ###

Your mission :

• Manufacture various custom-made wooden works in the workshop, according to plans and specifications
• Read and interpret technical plans, execution drawings and specifications
• Choose the materials adapted to each realization
• Perform measurement surveys on site before fabrication
• Perform cutting, machining, assembly and mounting of parts on conventional and/or CNC (computer numerical control) machines
• Ensure the installation and assembly of works on site
• Control the quality of manufactured parts and installed works, and perform necessary adjustments
• Collaborate with other trades on site

Profile ###

Desired profile :

• Holder of a CFC in carpentry or an equivalent training
• Experience in a similar position, in a workshop and/or on site is an asset
• Good mastery of reading plans and marking-out techniques
• Knowledge of different wood species and their properties
• Mastery of conventional woodworking machines
• Good knowledge of CNC machines is an asset
• Manual dexterity, precision and attention to detail
• Good physical condition
• Sense of organization and ability to work autonomously as well as in a team
• Category B driving license is an asset
