The human being is at the center of your activity. You are in daily contact with candidates as well as with HR managers of companies. You advise and support both sides and are responsible for expanding our company relationships. In addition, as a Personnel Consultant, you are responsible for the entire recruitment process and carry it out until successful completion. REQUIREMENT PROFILE We are addressing a success-oriented personality who can demonstrate completed vocational training in the commercial sector or in the main construction industry, secondary construction industry, or industry sectors. We expect independence, resilience, personal responsibility, as well as high communication skills and flexibility from our future Personnel Consultant. Your native language is German; foreign languages such as Italian or Spanish are very welcome.
