Your tasks * Independent processing and handling of customer inquiries * Troubleshooting and diagnosis of traction components and other systems of electric and trolleybuses at the customer site * Performance of repair work on the entire vehicle * Accompanying supplier visits at the customer site * Diagnosis and repair of drive batteries * Support of conversions/modifications from aftersales * Internal communication for the continuous improvement process Our requirements * Completed technical basic training as an automotive mechatronics technician for commercial vehicles, agricultural or construction machinery mechanic or similar basic training * Prior vehicle knowledge of buses/commercial vehicles * Several years of professional experience * Flexibility and independent working is expected and offered * Willingness to travel domestically and abroad * Language skills in French and English are an advantage * Advanced PC skills We offer you * Exciting and varied activity with high personal responsibility * Flexible annual working hours * Possibility of part-time work * Collaboration in a collegial team with very good cohesion * Modern electric vehicle as a company car If you feel addressed, send us your complete application documents including cover letter via link (Apply now).
