YOUR TASKS:

The customer experience is your top priority: as our brand ambassador, you convey the values and quality of our products, inspiring through your open manner and your product know-how.
You are confident in using our cash register system and process daily closures, exchanges or refunds precisely and responsibly.
Even in more hectic situations, you maintain an overview, are friendly and helpful.
With an eye for detail, you ensure that our products are presented invitingly according to the specified guidelines.
Together with your colleagues, you perform general warehouse activities and take over the replenishment of goods on the floor.

YOUR PROFILE:

You have a successfully completed training in retail or a comparable qualification as well as initial professional experience on the floor, alternatively in the area of customer service / service.
Are you applying as a career changer? Also okay! In any case, you like contact with people, are eager to learn and enjoy being a competent contact person for our customers.
You inspire not only your colleagues but also our customers with your positive manner.
You can support us reliably and flexibly both during the week and on weekends.
In addition to fluent German skills, you ideally have good English skills.
