What you can achieve with us • Dossier Management: Preparation, structuring, and quality assurance of customer, project, and decision dossiers for management decisions. • Project Coordination: Support in the processing of real estate acquisition projects as well as coordination of complex information regarding markets, plots of land, and competition. • Management Support: Administrative support for 3 executives (customer relations, agenda, correspondence, travel organization, invoice execution). • Interface Management: Coordination between acquisition, project development, customers, and internal specialist departments in close cooperation with real estate project managers; tracking of decision-making processes and organization of meetings. • Presentation Creation: Preparation of information in concise presentation and analysis formats (MS Office). What you bring with you • You have training in communication, marketing, real estate, business administration, or a comparable field and bring several years of professional experience in real estate, project development, acquisition, communication, marketing, or consulting. Further training in real estate or project management is an advantage. • You have experience in the creation of decision and acquisition dossiers as well as very good MS Office skills, especially in PowerPoint and Excel. Knowledge of the Swiss real estate market is an advantage. • You work in a structured, independent, and careful manner, possess strong organizational and communication skills, and maintain an overview even with several parallel topics. • You are a trustworthy, committed, and positive personality. • You appear professionally and confidently towards customers, partners, project teams, and management boards and are characterized by a high customer and service orientation as well as a solution-oriented and team-oriented way of working. • You have very good German and French skills in speaking and writing, and feel comfortable in a bilingual environment.
