What you can be proud of:

• You manage our range of Volvo Original Parts ("Genuine Parts Offer") and implement targeted marketing activities together with our market partners
• You actively develop our expanded assortment in the TruckShop ("Extended Parts Offer"), from new products to price and assortment adjustments to promotions and communication
• You support our market partners in daily business (orders, deliveries, returns) and process delivery discrepancies (Discrepancy Reports) as well as exchange old parts
• You maintain content in the Trucks Portal, create news, and ensure clear communication in the dealer network
• You advance our B2B tool «Parts Store», support users, and thereby actively strengthen the counter business of our market partners
• In short: You ensure that our parts offers, systems, and partners work together optimally - efficiently, customer-oriented and #eifachvärldsklass!

What must be in your backpack:

• Commercial or technical basic training, ideally supplemented by experience in product or project management
• Proficient in handling MS Office as well as affinity for web applications (CMS, E-Commerce)
• Experience in Content Management (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager) and marketing is an advantage
• Fluent in German or French, each with good knowledge of the other language and English at least at level B1
• Knowledge in parts logistics and/or in the automotive or commercial vehicle sector is an advantage
• Organizational strength, communicative personality with a proactive way of working
