• Independent management and coordination of demanding fit-out projects (especially office buildings, retail and gastronomy facade and roof renovations)
• Responsibility for cost, schedule, and quality management
• Accompanying projects from execution planning to handover
• Leadership of contractors, specialist planners, and external partners
• Ensuring smooth communication between all project participants
• Preparation of building applications and clarifications with authorities

This is what defines you.

• Training as a Construction Manager, Interior Fit-out Drafter, or equivalent technical training
• At least 3 years of professional experience in Switzerland
• Strong architectural understanding and high constructive standards
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented way of working
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form, French is an advantage
• CAD knowledge is an advantage
• Knowledge of Messerli Baua and MS Project is an advantage
