Our client is an established elderly care center in the Aarau region, which offers a home to around 100 residents across three residential buildings and is committed to promoting their autonomy. Thanks to a modern, appreciative working environment and a quiet, easily accessible location opposite the train station, the institution distinguishes itself as an attractive employer in the nursing sector. To strengthen the existing team, we are looking for an engaged and empathetic personality as a Dipl. Pflegefachperson for the day shift (50% to 80%) starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks

• Ensuring professional and holistic care during the day
• Recognition of individual needs and emergency situations of the residents
• Participation in the quality assurance of care
• Support in the further development of care quality
• Maintenance of the electronic nursing documentation
• Interdisciplinary cooperation with other professional groups

Your profile

• Completed training as a Pflegefachperson HF/FH
• Equivalent, CH-recognized training accepted
• Professional experience, ideally in long-term care
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing
• High social and professional competence
• Independent and responsible way of working
• Resilience, flexibility and ability to work in a team
• Readiness for subject-specific further education
• IT affinity for electronic nursing documentation
• Joy and motivation in dealing with the elderly
