Your tasks:

• Independent processing of monthly payroll
• Support and processing of all administrative payroll processes
• Maintenance and control of personnel, salary, and time management data
• Processing of entries, exits, and mutations
• Processing of social insurances, withholding taxes, and other salary-relevant topics
• Contact person for employees regarding questions about salary and social insurances
• Support of employees and inquiries in German and Italian
• Cooperation with internal HR departments as well as external authorities and insurance companies

Your profile:

• Commercial basic training, ideally with further training in the field of HR or payroll
• Several years of practical experience in Swiss payroll accounting / payroll
• Good knowledge of Swiss social insurance and labor law
• Native German language - other languages an advantage
• Confident handling of MS Office and ideally experience with common HR/payroll systems
• Exact, reliable, and discreet way of working
• Independent and service-oriented personality
