In our versatile service and activity center in Herisau, Saint-Gall and Flawil, we create professional and personal perspectives for people suffering from mental disorders, with 220 places of work, training and integration. In the day center and the meeting center in Saint-Gall, we promote social integration with 63 places for visitors.

To strengthen our team in the field of finance and payroll administration in Saint-Gall, we are looking for a dynamic personality as of 1 December 2026 or by agreement as

Administrative employee in personnel management/project management 40%

(Working time: two full days between Tuesday and Thursday)

Your tasks

• You enter and modify basic data for personnel and projects in Abacus and other systems.
• You draft employment contracts for employees in supported positions.
• You autonomously process requests for cost coverage guarantees.
• You invoice the support services.
• You autonomously manage the administration of occupied places.
• You process and monitor accident declarations and sickness daily allowances.
• You collaborate with insurance companies, social insurance and authorities.
• You ensure replacements and other administrative tasks within the personnel administration.

Your profile

• You have a basic commercial training with CFC.
• You have professional experience in personnel administration, enjoy project work and have a good understanding of numbers.
• You are proficient in Microsoft 365 and Abacus.
• You work autonomously, carefully and reliably, are able to work in a team and are flexible.
• You handle confidential information with discretion and communicate clearly.
