Head of Finance 90% # The Office for Youth and Career Counseling of the Directorate of Education provides, commissions, steers, and coordinates offers for child and youth welfare and career counseling.  For the Finance Department of the regional office of the districts of Andelfingen and Winterthur, we are looking for a specialist in finance and accounting with a management function (90%) starting mid-October 2026 or by arrangement. What are your tasks? ### In your role, you are responsible for the finance and accounting of the districts of Andelfingen and Winterthur. This includes, among other things, various controlling and reporting tasks as well as quality assurance in the field of finance. Your area of responsibility also includes cost and performance accounting, the periodic reconciliation of subsidiary ledgers, and client accounting. You budget the cost estimate, claim municipal contributions, and complete the annual financial statements in cooperation with the AJB headquarters. As an IKS officer, you are also responsible for compliance with the corresponding guidelines within the region. You lead three employees professionally, personally, and organizationally. What do you bring with you? ### • Training as a specialist in finance and accounting with a federal diploma (eidg.
